Boomers Rock New Year's Eve Celebration

For our New Year's Eve Extravaganza, the Coronado Center will be transformed into an elegant ballroom, making this a truly wonderful evening to gather with your friends and welcome in the new year. Come in Festive Holiday Attire, no denim please.

Your special plated dinner awaits you!

Salad:  Greek Salad with onions, cucumber, marinated tomatoes, pepperoncini, and feta cheese

Entrée – Choose one:

     Chicken Marsala:  Grilled chicken with portabella marsala sauce, saffron rice, and garlic green beans

     Prime Top Sirloin: Au Poivre style with loaded mashed potatoes and garlic green beans

     Blackened Salmon: Creole shrimp cream, saffron rice, and garlic green beans

Dinner Rolls

Desserts -  Assorted for your selection: Banana Pudding, Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse Cake

This awesome menu will be provided by Chef Paul Capel from Poached Restaurant in Hot Springs.

Providing our favorite dance tunes will be the Legends Party Band from Hot Springs. If you were at our Halloween party, you know that this was the best band we have ever had! They are fabulous! We welcome them back to help us celebrate the new year.

The Cash Bar will be serving your favorite libations. Of course, we will be serving champagne at midnight to toast the New Year. There will also be a non-alcoholic option so everyone can raise a glass with their friends.

The cost for this unbelievable evening is $50 per person. To make this event more affordable, Boomers Rock is subsidizing the cost. Doors will open at 6:30 PM.

If you want to reserve a table, please plan ahead. To reserve a table or seats at a table, all members sitting together will have to be under one member's registration. This means one member will be paying for all guests at the table. That member will then need to collect from each guest. We will also need to know what entree each member would like at the time of registration. The maximum number of members/guests at a table is 8.

This evening is so special that we will allow our members to bring their non-member family and friends as their guests.

No Alcoholic Beverages can be brought into an indoor POA facility.  This includes the Coronado Community Center.
