Come Sip some specially selected wines as you Savor every bite of the wonderful four course meal prepared by Chef Paul Capel from Poached Restaurant in Hot Springs. Brice Saltzmann from Vino Distribution will be on hand to describe how each wine was picked to enhance each course.

Second Course: Duck Confit with Blueberry Arugula Salad with Boursin Fingerling Potatoes

Third Course: Bourbon Portobello Prime Sirloin with Truffle Risotto, Blue Cheese Asparagus

The cost for this very special evening of wine and a delicious dinner is $75 per person. Seating will be tables of 8 members. There will be open seating unless you reserve a whole table or just some seats at a table for your friends.
If you want to reserve a table or sit together with a few friends, please plan ahead. To reserve a table or partial table, ALL members sitting together will have to be under one member's registration. This means one member will be paying for his guests at the table. That Member will then need to collect from each guest.
For this event: Members may invite their Non Member guests to join them.
